Intermittent Database Access Problems [Updated]

It appears that we are still experiencing intermittent problems with the mySQL server. I am currently looking into this problem.

Updated 2:55pm:
Unfortunately, I was not able to get this problem solved and will now have to have somebody look at it, which will take a few hours to possibly a few days. I will keep everyone posted.
