Server Overload at 10:30p Wed 4/3/13 [Updated]

While watching the load, I noticed that when the number of users reached 41, it started a crash and the numbers quickly came down to 30. I was unable to access the site so I did a soft re-boot at 10:40pm PST.

However, as of 11:12pm, the reboot has not worked and now I cannot access the server. I will ask the hosting company to do a hardboot at their location.

Update:
As of 11:51pm, I’ve been told by the hosting company that they will have to do some research to get the server back up and running. I hope they can do it quickly. It better not be a hard drive crash again or I’m going to blow a fuse.

Update:
As of 2:32pm Thr 4/4/13, the server is still down. The hosting company is telling me they are actively working on the problem but I don’t understand why it would take this long.
